Muzaffarabad The Election Commission has by a 2 1 majority rejected the recount petitions filed by Chaudhry Mohsin Aziz and Khawaja Tariq Saeed against Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore. Speaking to Jammu & Kashmir the Secretary of the Election Commission said that Chief Election Commissioner Justice (R) Mustafa Mughal and Senior Member Khawaja Ahsan ruled in favor of Faisal Mumtaz Rathore. However Member Syed Nazir ul Hassan Gilani in his dissenting opinion directed the Returning Officer (RO) to recompile the results for the polling stations where complaints had been lodged. #alnoornews
