Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Approves Continuation of Ministers Until Formation of New Government The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has granted an important approval by exercising the constitutional powers vested in him under the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act 1974. Under this decision, Diwan Ali Khan Chughtai and Syed Bazil Ali Naqvi have been directed to continue performing their official duties until the formal establishment of the new government. Following this significant constitutional and administrative decision, both ministers will remain in office and continue carrying out official and administrative responsibilities until the new government is sworn in. Services & General Administration Department Issues Notification The Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) of the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has formally issued a notification in this regard. According to the notification, the measure has been taken to ensure constitutional compliance and administrative continuity.
